EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGNERS FROM NON – EU COUNTRIES

The seminar is intended for human resources, managers and others interested in the issue of employing foreigners. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the employment of foreigners from outside the EU. Participants will be acquainted with the legislative and practical aspects of employing foreigners (permits, visas, insurance, etc.), with the government project and with the specialized web application www.praceprocizince.cz .

Program: Introduction to the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic – Summary of the position of foreigners in the Czech Republic from the employer’s point of view – Foreigners included in the pilot project “Selection of qualified foreign workers” – Legislative anchoring – Employment permit visa issues – Types of visas for the purpose of employment – Superlegalization of documents issued abroad – Nostrification of education documents – Practice of issuing work permits to foreigners
