EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGNERS FROM NON
– EU COUNTRIES

 

The seminar is intended for human resources, managers and others interested in the issue of employing foreigners. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the employment of foreigners from outside the EU. Participants will be acquainted with the current legislative and practical aspects of employing foreigners (work permits, visas, etc.), with the government project “Selection of qualified foreign workers” ( www.imigracecz.org ) and with the specialized web application 

Brief program: Employment of foreigners from non-EU countries in the Czech Republic – Current legislative entrenchment – Employment permit and permit to recruit employees from abroad – Employer’s procedure in employing foreigners – Employment of foreigners in terms of residence titles, visa issues – Visas for employment – Pilot project “Selection of qualified foreign workers” – Development of Czech immigration legislation in the context of the EU.
