RISKS OF ILLEGAL MIGRATION
One of the goals of the pilot project Selection of Qualified Foreign Workers is to help to reduce illegal employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. It has chosen the way of detailed and qualified information concerning legal migration and employment provided to foreigners. Unfortunately, a part of foreigners still chooses illegal migration for various reasons – mostly ignorance, helplessness or irresponsibility. These people expose themselves to many risks.
The Czech Republic has been intensifying the control system of illegal migration and illegal employment, for both the employers, and all the structures involved in illegal employment agencies. The fact is that the foreigner runs the biggest risk and is the affected one in most cases. It can be proved by a few real stories:
